Sr IT Recruiter

• As a Sr. Recruiter I am responsible for answering to the requirements of clients like Worked for Clients such as State Clients (State of VA, IA etc.), Blackrock, Bank of America, Centene Corporation, NCR Corp etc.,
• Getting & understanding the requirements from different clients through different mode (Direct / Process).
• Posting the advertisements in different Job sites (Monster/Dice/Hot Jobs/ladder/Tech fetch/Career Builder).
• Searching & short listing the resumes through different job sites or internal database and taking preliminary interviews.
• Formatting the resumes as per the client’s requirement and submitting them to the client.
• Coordinating for scheduling interviews for short listed candidates.
• Discussing the salary or hourly rates with different options on different terms like C2C, W2with/without benefits, 1099 etc.
• Keeping track of the end dates of the project for all the employees and try to put them on a new project by marketing them in advance.
• Posting & referring the consultant resumes on job sites & Social Networking sites (Monster/Dice/Hot Jobs/ladder/ /Career Builder/Job Diva).
• Coordinating with candidates for scheduling the interviews.
• Follow up candidates till Joining the project, providing full cycle contract & contingent recruiting services which included candidate sourcing, technical phone screens, interview scheduling, feedback and follow-up, reference and background checks, formal offer presentation and acceptance letter follow-up.
• Maintain Business Relationship with the Vendor to get more business from the client & company on a long term basis.
