Job Description:

•        5 to 7  Plus years of experience in IT

•        2 years experience in GemFire implementation and administration.

•        Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support at L2 / L3 level for these technologies

•        Incident, problem and service outage management

•        Service request fulfillment/Project provisioning

•        Setup, build and automate GemFire Structure code deployment

•        Responsible for performance tuning

•        Responsible for the integrity and security of GemFire environment

•        Design and support appropriate GemFire backup & Recovery processes.

•        Responsible for the integrity and security of Gemfire environment

•        Manage and support the Gemfire Production environment.

•        Manage GemFire upgrades and maintenance patching.

•        Provide 24x7 production system support

•        Document and maintain work-instructions

•        Initiate, submit and implement change requests

•        Log technical support tickets with vendor helpdesk

•        Performance, capacity & utilization monitoring
