Role- SAP IT Project Manager
Locaton- Remote
Mandatory Skills
Experienced project manager supporting multi-year strategic transformation programs.
Direct program plan and milestones, change management process, risk and issue management, coordinate communications for multiple levels of the organization, including Executive Leadership.
Technical and business acumen, required to integrate with stakeholders including IT, Finance, Vendor Management
Success will be measured by delivery of project/program deliverables on-time, within planned scope and commitments, and within budget.
Experience with large-scale transformations, responsible for defining and managing deliverables of both internal and external partners.
Job- Descrption
Define and drive deliverables for the Program Management Office, with focus on driving a high-level of execution excellence. Reviews and evaluates
Program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program
Management quality and results for the organization.
Ensures all project work is documented and maintained accurately: schedule, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, change and required sign-offs authorizations.
Supports the development and maintenance of overall program roadmap, budgets, resource allocation plans, and scope requirements for the transformation.
Manages activities of external partners, ensuring alignment across partners and internal workstreams.
Oversee the program's scope change management process, including alignment across multiple functional stakeholders.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; implement program governance aimed at driving effective communications and issue resolution.
Integrate with peers to adopt program management standards/ best practices.
• Bachelor/Master degree Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience, 8+ years, leading enterprise transformations and SAP S/4HANA implementations
• PMP/PMI certification.
• Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
• Extensive experience with Agile project management methodologies. Experience in working with and managing third party implementation partners.
