More than 5 years of experience in Desktop Support ¿ Experience in User Support environments.
Experience in Windows 10 Upgrades.
Knowledge of Windows 7 through Windows 10 and the ability to install integrate and suppware remotely or on desk of end users. Strong understanding of internetworking concepts; File shares,TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. Strong knowledge of client/server computing. Kowledge on Interconnecting computer and peripherals (e.g Monitor, Printers, Scanners).ort these operating systems.
Be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot MS Office Applications.
Install VDI client soft
Experience in backup and restore of user profiles settings such as Favorites, Documents, network drives and other preferrences. Understanding of Remote Desktop Protocol.
Experiene on End User Computing Projects. . Experience in working on Windows OS Upgrade projects. ¿ Experienced on providing hand and feet support for end user Hardware refresh projects.
