Title: Sr. Java/Kafka Engineer
Location: Roseland, NJ
Duration: 3+ Months
3 days onsite/2 remote - Local candidates only (not open to relo's at this time)
Experience with Kafka is a MUST HAVE (3 years of exp)
This is a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities.
To Succeed In This Role You'll have
• a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience of application development
• A love for solving complex problems
• Basic to strong understanding of Access & Identity Management domain.
• Basic to strong knowledge on Splunk Basic knowledge of AWS.
• Experience on Spring, Spring WebFlux and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of JAVA based enterprise web application stack such as REST web services, HTTP vs HTTPs connections, JDBC, Kafka, Jenkins, Docker containers and Kubernetes Knowledge of persistence layer - Oracle, Mongo Knowledge of Authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, SiteMinder is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like shell / python.
• Knowledge of Operating system platforms include Microsoft Windows and Linux.
• Ability to integrate rapidly with the existing team Most importantly, you are passionate and have a collaborative attitude.
