Information Technology – Project Management Work Location: St. Louis MI - 100% remotely Visas: Open to US Citizens or Green Card Holders only – due to the nature of the project Need Linkedin The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned thoroughly and executed with appropriate urgency, delivering results within agreed budgets and timelines, while adhering to company guidelines and compliance requirements. The Project Manager interacts with many technical and business resources across the enterprise to ensure alignment on the project's business value – and to ensure that value is delivered and adopted. This particular role will be initially focused on working with our software development and data teams to ensure updated/upgraded security features and test suites are applied. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma and/or Organizational Change Management certification 3+ years of professional experience as an IT project manager or comparable role, on medium/large-scale software development projectsExperience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologiesExperience with organizational change management methodologiesProficient experience with all areas of project management – planning, RFPs, understanding ROIs, resource management, developing project plans, managing risks / issues / changes / budget
